Dorsett Shepherds Bush, London

It was a superb stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They not only serve for our requests but additionally offer us few more facilities. Hotel and room was superb and spatious. We stayed two nights one at a Executive Room and one at a Ensuite. Both were Superb. So economical, easy to access and you can find several car parks within walking distance. We parked overnight for £25 at W12 car park which is ok and 6-7min walk from hotel. Yatharth at the Reception was so helpful, welcomed us and quickly arranged us the Check-in for us. In overall a great great stay at Dorsett Shepherds Bush.

The customer service here leads me give five stars, we booked for two nights, our room was located near to the hotel bar and the music kept us awake past 12, the next morning we went to reception to see what could be done as we could not have another night like that, without us even asking Twinkle Shrushti who was extremely polite, upgraded our room to a different part of the hotel where we had a great view and a very good nights sleep. Customer service like this will keep us coming back, I would recommend.

I stayed at the Dorsett Shepherd’s Bush for 4 nights and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. But the best part was definitely the incredible service at the reception. I especially want to mention Dante – he was so kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. It really makes a difference when someone greets you with such warmth. The room was stunning, super comfortable and everything was perfect. Even breakfast was great, with lots of choices and perfect service. Honestly, my stay was amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel, and a special thanks to Dante for making the experience even better !!!! love u

Reached hotel at 8pm to check-in with no queue. Nice hotel lobby. Deluxe room with king sized bed for 1pax, window facing the back - no views necessarily as a traveller. The room interior could do with a bit of refreshing. Beddings etc are spotless. Bathroom relative tiny but no issue for 1pax. Not sure why some reviews complained about the breakfast, it's a good spread of English breakfast items, cold cut stations, cereal, bread and juices. They were tasty and better than some local diners out there. Friendly restaurant staff. The location of the hotel is great with many eateries nearby, as well as pubs, supermarket and Westfield. Uber from airport was quick since it's West London for around £30. Paid £400 for 3 nights deluxe room including breakfast. This is more worth it than other chained budget hotels charging similarly at this time of the year but gives you a budget and tacky experience.

Every team member I encountered was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to help, whether it was offering local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay ran smoothly. Their professionalism and friendliness truly elevated the experience.

The level of friendliness and service at this hotel should be the benchmark for all London hotels. I was in town for business and really felt taken care of by Yatharth, Mohet, Ali and all the other lovely front desk people, who truly went out of their way to make my stay special. Breakfast was nice and the room was very comfortable and most importantly… quiet!!! I will see them again next time I’m in town!

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well maintained, and the water pressure and temperature control were excellent. The English breakfast was delicious, and the location is very convenient — close to the station, with many restaurants and a large shopping center nearby. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Yatharth for his help and professionalism. He was very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate his support. I would happily stay here again.

Great location and even better service! I wanted to give a special mention to Twinkle at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, kind, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed during my time in London. It’s staff like her that make a hotel stand out.
